The Kitchen Claro’s kitchen reflects the many different cuisines of the Mediterranean, presented in Shmueli’s relaxed cooking approach. The warm and intimate 150-year-old spaces maintain the historic character of the building with an authentic and striking look. The space can be used for a variety of events: sit-down dinners around a large table, business events, weddings and late-night parties. The space is equipped with state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, a projector and a screen. It is possible to use only one of the rooms, thereby creating an intimate atmosphere for either 50 or 200 guests. The menu is tailored to the event, in keeping with the character and style of the occasion. A kosher-style menu is also an option.
